Paris Comes to Macao – It Can Only Mean One Thing, A New Casino
Former Portuguese enclave, Macao, has become the gambling mecca for the world in recent years thanks to the plethora of casinos and proximity to mainland China. The city has grown in popularity seeing it surpass Las Vegas in terms of the amount of money gambled per year. Now they have taken another idea from Vegas (and France), bringing Paris to their city.
On September 13th 2016 The Parisian Macao will open their doors and thus complete the Sands Resorts Cotai Strip Macau. The best part about the $2.7 billion resort is that they’ve built a replica Eiffel Tower. We’re sure this themed attraction will ruffle the feathers of the French.
The Parisian Macao is said to be designed in a true contemporary French fashion with ‘iconic French architecture’ throughout. Whether you climb to the viewing deck on the 37th floor of the Eiffel Tower or shop along their indoor boulevards you will feel a french themed feel throughout.
Alongside the hotel, shopping and attractions are vast event areas catering up to 2,600 delegates and over 13,000 rooms across the whole Cotai strip.
