Tech Acquisition Zentila Bought by etouches. Event management platform etouches have taken on venue booking and sourcing company Zentila in a recent acquisition.

CTO of etouches Shane Edmonds said, “Following etouches acquisition of hotel and venue sourcing engine INEVENTION in mid-2015, Zentila represents a perfect complement to our industry-leading platform. Zentila’s product, technology, and staff will bolster etouches venue sourcing and allow us to offer a fully integrated solution as part of the entire event management software process.”

The meeting and event booking software Zentila was only recently founded, back in 2011. The CEO, Mike Mason discussed the acquisition and stated that, “At a time when market dynamics are rapidly changing, the industry will benefit greatly from our new, comprehensive integrated product offerings. Planners need choices, and combining the market-leading etouches event management technology with our strategic sourcing and booking solutions will provide the powerful new option to the marketplace, improve innovation and further serve the needs of our mutual customers.”
